The VINCO Model B-1 dresser — used to establish and maintain a true contour on a formed wheel — is the most accurate manual dresser available. When equipped with the standard horizontal diamond, the B-1 dresser will dress full 180° concave radii from 3/32” to 2-1/2”. By using a 3” diamond, a 3-1/2” concave radius may be dressed. With the addition of the half-circle attachment, the full dressing range for 180° concave radii can be reduced to 1/32” by 2-1/2”. All diamonds are stock-off-the-shelf items.

The VINCO spline wear gage provides quick, direct measurement of the wear on the profile of spline teeth. It saves time, improves precision and ensures confidence in reuse or reworking of engine spline parts. VINCO gages from TIFCO are available in standard sizes to fit either internal or external splines.
